Please note that your bank may apply additional fees for online transactions, and Cosmapay is not responsible for any fees imposed by your bank.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available for certain areas within Egypt only.
An additional service fee may apply for choosing COD, which will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Please ensure you have the full payment amount available when receiving your order.
Currency
All prices listed on our website are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
If you use a credit or debit card issued by a bank outside Egypt, your payment may be subject to currency conversion at the exchange rate set by your bank. Cosmapay is not responsible for any differences arising from currency conversion.
Payment Confirmation
Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing the details of your order and payment.
If you do not receive a confirmation message, please contact us immediately to verify the status of your order.

Refunds Related to Payment
If you return a product in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy, the refunded amount will be credited back via the same payment method used during purchase.
Refund processing times may vary and could take between 5 – 7 business days, depending on your bank’s or payment processor’s policies.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued in cash or via bank transfer, after deducting any applicable COD service fees if charged.
