1. Return or Exchange Period
You may submit a request for a return or exchange within 14 days from the date you receive your order, without needing to provide a reason.
If the product has a manufacturing defect, damage, or does not match the description or specifications listed on our website, you may submit a request for a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.
2. Condions for Accepting Returns or Exchanges
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition as received.
The product must be in its original, unopened outer packaging, with all labels and seals intact.
Products related to cosmetics or personal care cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened or used, due to health and hygiene considerations, in line with Egyptian law and to protect customer health and safety.
Cosmapay reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request if it is found that the product has been opened, used, or altered from its original condition.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

The product must be returned in suitable cardboard packaging to protect it from damage during shipping.
Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will inform you whether your return or exchange request has been approved or declined.
4. Refund Process
If your return request is approved, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
It may take an additional 3 to 5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account or credit card, depending on your bank’s or payment provider’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs for returns or exchanges in regular cases where there is no defect or damage.
Cosmapay will cover all shipping and return costs in the following cases:
Receiving the wrong product.
Receiving a damaged product.
The product has a manufacturing defect.
6. Non-Returnable or Non-Exchangeable Products
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
Products related to cosmetics or personal care that have been opened or used, for health and hygiene reasons.
Products sold as part of special promotions or final sale offers, unless they have a manufacturing defect or do not match the description.
